Terms of Service

By accessing or using JobLens ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use JobLens. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without our written permission
  • Use the Service to infringe the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create using JobLens (resumes, career profiles, notes). By storing content on the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide.

5. AI-Generated Content

JobLens uses AI to generate resume content based on your profile and job offers. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before submitting it to employers.

6. Subscription and Billing

Some features of JobLens require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no refund for the remaining period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time via the account settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobLens shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
